Exchanges

• We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

• Products purchased during sales, special promotions, or with discount codes are eligible for exchange only.

• Exchanges can be made for the same product (subject to availability) or another product of equal or higher value.

Returns & Store Credit

Changed your mind? It happens.

• Approved returns will be issued as store credit/gift card.

• Store credit can be used on any future purchase from it's a date.

• We do not offer cash refunds.

• Custom-made, made-to-measure, personalised, and pre-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
